Appreciate that Lowe's added some public art to the parking area. But somehow it gets lost and not really noticed. The area is a former manufacturing plant space that has been turned into retail of many different box stores etc. together. Still doesn't feel like it belongs there as a complex or as having public art. We will see if better economic times finish what ever vision there was for this area or if it will just turn into a ghost area once again like the manufacturing plant that was once there.

It's an interesting piece. Here in Quebec, a part of the budget of any building that has had public funding has to go into public art.
